Compliance Forms

Compliance forms ensure that artifact owners provide the information your organization requires for security, governance, and risk management.

Dynamic form builder

Admins can create forms for five categories:

  • Environments
  • Power Apps
  • Flows
  • Desktop Flows
  • Bots

Forms can include:

  • Text fields
  • Yes/No switches (toggles)
  • Checkbox
  • Radio
  • Password
  • Date
  • File
  • Select lists
  • Editable lists
  • Conditional fields based on previous answers

Approval logic

Each form supports:

Auto approval

The form is automatically approved if the submitted data matches predefined criteria.

Manual approval

An admin must review and approve the submission.

Validity period

A compliant artifact stays valid for 180 days.
After that, the owner must submit the form again and confirm activity.

Governance lifecycle

  1. Admin defines rules and conditions
  2. Owner/deputy receives the required form
  3. Owner/deputy submits
  4. Auto or manual approval
  5. Artifact remains compliant for 180 days
  6. Renewal requested automatically
