Viewing your artifacts

Owners and deputies access their artifacts through the navigation menu:

• Environments
• Apps
• Flows
• Desktop Flows
• Bots

Each section contains a table of all artifacts you have access to.

How artifacts are filtered

If you are an Artifact Owner or Deputy

You see only:

• Artifacts you own
• Artifacts where you are a deputy

If you are an Impliancy Admin

You see:

• All artifacts across the tenant
• Ownership information for each item
• Compliance information for each item
• and more

Artifact lists

Each artifact table shows:

• Name
• Environment
• Owner
• Created
• Modified
• Compliance status
• Additional metadata (type-specific)

From these tables, you can:

• Open an artifact's details
• Manage deputies
• Complete compliance forms
• For Power Apps/Flows/Desktop Flows: manage sharing
