Inventory and Inactivity

Impliancy continuously synchronizes your Power Platform components and tracks inactive artifacts that should be reviewed or removed.

Automated inventory

Impliancy indexes:

  • Environments
  • Apps
  • Cloud flows
  • Desktop flows
  • Bots

Inventory runs regularly and requires no manual maintenance.

Why inventory matters

  • Accurate overview of your Power Platform estate
  • No risk of missing orphaned or unused artifacts
  • Supports compliance, ownership, and auditing

Inactivity detection

If enabled for an environment, Impliancy:

  • Measures activity based on last modification or run
  • Flags artifacts that exceed your inactivity threshold
  • Sends inactivity notifications to owners and deputies

Post-notification actions

Admins can choose what happens when inactivity is detected:

  • Do nothing (inform only)
  • Auto delete the artifact after a defined number of days

Auto delete actions should be used carefully and only when governance policies require it.
