Artifact

A Power Platform component such as a Power App, Cloud Flow, Desktop Flow, or Bot.

Owner

The primary responsible person for an artifact.

Deputy

A supporting person with the same operational permissions as the owner inside Impliancy.

Compliance Form

A dynamic form that owners must complete to meet governance requirements.

Compliance Cycle

The 180-day validity period for approved compliance forms.

Inactivity

A state indicating an artifact has not been used or modified within a defined time period.

Auto Delete

Optional action that removes inactive artifacts after a grace period.

Inventory

Automatic indexing of environments and artifacts.

Service Principal

The Azure identity Impliancy uses to read and manage Power Platform metadata.

Impliancy Admin

A user with full administrative access, automatically granted to Power Platform Admins and Global Admins.

Service Provider Admin (upcoming)

A user who can manage multiple client tenants assigned to them.

Environment

A Power Platform container holding apps, flows, bots, and Dataverse.

Tenant

A Microsoft Entra ID organizational boundary containing users, environments, and artifacts.

Audit Log

A record of governance actions performed in Impliancy.

Dashboard

The overview screen displaying tenant metrics, notifications, and recent activity.
